Policies
Vendor Rules & Guidelines
Please read these carefully before the event. Following these guidelines keeps the Stomp running smoothly for everyone.
Arrive during setup window
All vendors must be fully set up and vehicles moved off the street by 8:45 AM. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot without refund.
Please stay for the full event
Vendors should not begin breaking down before 4:00 PM. Early departure disrupts the event experience for attendees and fellow vendors.
Keep your space tidy
You are responsible for keeping your 10×10 ft space clean throughout the day and removing all trash and materials at the end of the event.
Generator Policy (Crafters)
Please let us know if you are a craft vendor who will be using a generator. We will want to place these booths sporatically so as to help curb noise. Electric spots provide access to the venue power grid.
Secure your canopy
Canopy weights or stakes should be considered. October weather can be unpredictable and we want to ensure everyone's safety. Unsafe canopies may be asked to come down.
Respect neighboring vendors
Keep displays, signage, and merchandise within your designated 10×10 ft footprint. Do not encroach on adjacent spots or walkways.
No alcohol sales
The sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages by vendors is strictly prohibited.
